以威海市俚岛和崮山海带养殖区的海带为研究对象,对海带中砷的分布特征、富集规律以及海带中砷含量与生长环境关系进行了研究。结果表明:海带体内的砷主要以有机砷为主,约占总砷的90%,而有毒的无机砷含量较低。海带各个部位中总砷和无机砷的分布特征是根部>中部>稍部。海带体内砷含量随生长周期的变化规律为:从生长初期到成熟期砷含量快速增长,在成熟期达到最高值,衰老阶段砷含量略有下降。海带对砷富集能力极强,俚岛和崮山海带总砷的富集因子分别高达1787和1544倍。海带中砷含量与生长环境有关,对砷的富集量会随海水和沉积物污染的加重而增加。

The distribution characteristics and enrichment regularity of arsenic in kelp, collected from Lidao and Gushan aqua culture zones in Weihai City were studied,and the relationships between arsenic content of kelp and growth environment were analyzed. The results showed that arsenic in kelp was mainly organic arsenic, accounting for about 90%of the total arsenic, and inorganic arsenic content was low. The dis-tribution characteristics of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in kelp were the root>middle>tip. The changing rule of arsenic content in kelp during the growth cycle was that the arsenic content rapidly increased from newborn periods to maturation stage, and slightly decreased during maturity. The enrichment ability of kelp was very strong, and enrichment factor of total arsenic in Lidao and Gushan kelp were 1 787 and 1 544 times respectively. Arsenic content in kelp was associated with growth environment, and arsenic enrichment amount increased with increasing pollution of seawater and sediments.
