对测定水中硝基苯类化合物的锌还原-盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法进行优化,简化了操作步骤,并将参加显色反应的水样体积由4.0 mL 增加至8.0 mL,比色皿厚度由10 mm 增加至20 mm,方法推荐检出限由0.20 mg/L 降至0.05 mg/L,实验室检出限为0.042 mg/L,改进后的方法对标准样品的测定结果符合要求。
對測定水中硝基苯類化閤物的鋅還原-鹽痠萘乙二胺分光光度法進行優化,簡化瞭操作步驟,併將參加顯色反應的水樣體積由4.0 mL 增加至8.0 mL,比色皿厚度由10 mm 增加至20 mm,方法推薦檢齣限由0.20 mg/L 降至0.05 mg/L,實驗室檢齣限為0.042 mg/L,改進後的方法對標準樣品的測定結果符閤要求。

The determination of nitrobenzene compounds by Zinc reduction-optimization-naphthyl ethylene-diamine dihydrochloride spectrophotometric method was optimized .The operation steps were simplified , a water volume of 8.0 mL was used instead of 4.0 mL,a 20 mm cuvette was employed to take place of the 10 mm cu-vette.The method detection limit decreased from recommended 0.20 mg/L to 0.05 mg/L.The laboratory detec-tion limit was 0.042 mg/L.The determination results of standard sample meet the requirement by improved method.
