为了高效利用雷达原始回波，设计了视频回波的组网采集及传输方式：利用雷达视频采集卡，解决了多种模式、多种分辨率雷达VGA视频的远程控制问题；通过雷达视频流服务器，实现了雷达一次视频信息的实时网络传输与多级共享。实际应用表明，将雷达一次视频、雷达情报和指挥控制组网集为一体，有助于提高预警探测的准确性、直观性和可靠性。

To make full use of radar’s original echoes, this paper designs the acquisition and transmission modes of radar video echoes’networking,which are to take advantage of radar video capture card for overcoming the issue of VGA video remote control of multi-mode and multi-resolution radar, and to realize the real-time network transmission and multi-level sharing of radar raw video information by radar video stream server. Applications show that integration of the radar’s raw video, intelligences and command & control could help improve the accuracy, intuitiveness and reliability of early warning detection.
