采用ICP-AES法测定4种罐头食品模拟物中的有害重金属铅、铬、镉、汞,并建立了10%乙醇模拟液和橄榄油模拟液的微波消解的方法,方法的回收率82.5%~99.6%之间,相对标准偏差为1.85%~6.51%,检出限在0.001mg/L到0.003mg/L以及0.01mg/kg到0.03mg/kg之间。该方法准确度高、简单、易操作,是测定罐头食品包装模拟物中有害重金属元素的有效方法。

The content of lead,cadmium,chromium and mercury in analog material of canner was deter-mined by ICP-AES,and the method of 10%ethanol analog material and olive oil analog material by microwave digestion was developed .The recovery of the method is between 82 .5%~99 .6%.The RSD is between 1 .85%~6.51%.The limit of detection is between (0.001~0.003)mg/L and (0.01~0.03) mg/kg.The method is precise ,simple and easy to operate for determination for these analog material .
