目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗儿童孤独症的临床疗效和安全性。方法对32例儿童孤独症患者给予阿立哌唑治疗，观察8周。采用儿童孤独症治疗评估量表评定临床疗效，随时记录不良反应。结果治疗4周末，本组患者儿童孤独症治疗评估量表总分及语言、行为维度分均较治疗前显著下降（ P＜0．05或0．01），感知、社交维度评分虽较治疗前有下降趋势，但差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。研究期间未见严重不良反应。结论阿立哌唑能有效改善儿童孤独症的语言和冲动行为，安全性高，依从性好。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of children autism . Methods Thirty-two children with autism were treated with aripiprazole for 8 weeks .Efficacies were as-sessed with the Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC) and adverse reactions recorded any time . Results At the end of the 4th week ,the total ,language and behavior score of the ATEC lowered more sig-nificantly compared with pretreatment (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,perception and social activities score had down-trend ,but differences were not significant (P>0 .05) .Grave adverse reactions didn’t emerge during stud-y .Conclusion Aripiprazole could effectively improve language and impulsive behavior and has higher safe-ty and better compliance in the treatment of childhood autism .
