目的:分析在儿科开展优质护理过程中,影响健康教育效果的诸多因素,并采取相应的对策,从而提高患者的健康知识知晓率。方法首先要分析护士自身的知识掌握情况,不断加强培训,提高护士的业务素质和沟通技巧;其次,针对患儿家属更换频繁的因素,加强护士的宣教频率,达到标准覆盖率;同时根据患儿家属的心理素质及知识水平,注意选择合适的健康教育时机,分别采用个别宣教、小组宣教和举办健康教育讲座的方式,注意使用合适的沟通语言,注重个性化的宣教,强调医护沟通的一致性,并注意评价健康教育的效果,及时补缺补漏。结果促使健康知识知晓率达到预期的效果。结论以上几点方法在临床上可供参考。

Objective To carry out quality analysis in pediatric nursing process ,many factors influence the effect of health education ,and take corresponding meas-ures,so as to improve the awareness rate of health knowledge of patients.Method first analysis of nurses master their own knowledge,strengthen training,improve their professional quality and communication skills;secondly,the parents of children with frequent replacement factor,strengthen propaganda frequency nurses,reached the standard of coverage;and according to the psychological and intellectual level of the families of the children ,pay attention to health education opportunity choice appropri-ate individual education group,respectively,education and lectures of health education mode,pay attention to the use of appropriate communication language,focus on personalized education,emphasizing the consistency of medical communication ,and to evaluate the effect of health education ,timely by trap.Results the awareness rate of health knowledge to achieve the desired effect.Conclusion the above methods can be used for reference in clinical.
