通过对某变电站220 kV设备失效引线线夹的宏观检验、成分光谱分析、金相组织分析、材料力学性能测试等,对设备引线线夹的开裂失效原因进行了初步分析。分析认为,设备线夹安装残余应力导致其受力不均,线夹铸造材质疏松、晶粒粗大,选用线夹材料强度不当,水汽渗入引线线夹压接头内部等,是线夹开裂的主要原因,并据此提出了改进建议。

The cause for cleat crack of 220 kV fixture wire is preliminarily analyzed in this paper on the basis of macroscopic examination, spectral analysis on the composition, metallographic structure analysis and test on mechanical property of material. It is concluded by the analysis that the cleat crack was mainly caused by un-even stress due to residual stress during installation, loosen casting material of cleat and gross grain, inappro-priate strength of material of the cleat and inleakage of steam into the clamp joint, according to which the im-provement is proposed.
