通过zeta电位仪、全自动表面张力仪等仪器从浮选机理角度对改性阳离子捕收剂W-2和传统的阳离子捕收剂十二胺的浮选性能进行了研究。对比了两者作为反浮选药剂时的纯矿物上浮率、表面张力、接触角、Zeta电位、红外吸收光谱等指标。结果表明,化学改性改善了W-2的水溶性和分散性,使药剂的利用效率提高;其表面张力降低,起泡能力、润湿性增强,从而使药剂在磷矿反浮选硅酸盐时的捕收性能、药剂分散性、pH适应范围等性能表现优异。
通過zeta電位儀、全自動錶麵張力儀等儀器從浮選機理角度對改性暘離子捕收劑W-2和傳統的暘離子捕收劑十二胺的浮選性能進行瞭研究。對比瞭兩者作為反浮選藥劑時的純礦物上浮率、錶麵張力、接觸角、Zeta電位、紅外吸收光譜等指標。結果錶明,化學改性改善瞭W-2的水溶性和分散性,使藥劑的利用效率提高;其錶麵張力降低,起泡能力、潤濕性增彊,從而使藥劑在燐礦反浮選硅痠鹽時的捕收性能、藥劑分散性、pH適應範圍等性能錶現優異。

The flotation property of two cationic collectors was preliminary studied for the mechanism research by zeta potential analyzer ,automatic surface tensions meter .Their flotation ratio of pure quartz mineral as phosphate ore reverse collector was discussed .The different between modified cationic collector W-2 and dodecylamine among the surface tension、the contact angle、the zeta potential and the IR spectra were compared .Result showed that the water solubility ,dispersion ,foaming property ,wettability of the W-2 were improved by the modification .The W-2 collector has better collecting performance in wider pH range .
