高峰矿深部倾斜中厚矿段拟采用上向水平分层充填无间柱连续回采,为确定合理的采场结构参数,有效控制深部地压灾害的发生,本文采用正交数值试验,选取矿块长度、分层高度、人工矿柱宽度和超前回采分层数4个因素3个水平的正交试验方法进行相关数值计算,研究各参数对采场顶板稳定的影响。试验结果表明,分层高度是影响采场顶板压力集中和塑性破坏最重要的参数,其他参数也是影响采场稳定的重要参数,也应作为回采设计重要依据之一。
高峰礦深部傾斜中厚礦段擬採用上嚮水平分層充填無間柱連續迴採,為確定閤理的採場結構參數,有效控製深部地壓災害的髮生,本文採用正交數值試驗,選取礦塊長度、分層高度、人工礦柱寬度和超前迴採分層數4箇因素3箇水平的正交試驗方法進行相關數值計算,研究各參數對採場頂闆穩定的影響。試驗結果錶明,分層高度是影響採場頂闆壓力集中和塑性破壞最重要的參數,其他參數也是影響採場穩定的重要參數,也應作為迴採設計重要依據之一。

Upward horizontal slicing and filling non-pillar continuous mining will be going to used in medium thick steeply inclined orebody of Gaofeng mine in order optimum stope structural parameters , preventing ground pressure hazard and ensuring deep mining safety .In this paper the four parameters including ore block length ,slice height ,artificial pillar width and pre-slicing layer number are studied by orthogonal methods and then analyzed through numerical simulation .In addition ,extreme difference analysis was used to investigate the stop roof mechanics state of different parameters .The research shows that slice height is the most important influence factor of stope roof pressure concentration and plastic failure .The other parameters are also very important and should also be thought in the stope design .
