针对当前“新型农村合作医疗”在基层的实施现状，重点选取了益阳市安化县滔溪镇开展调查。在充分听取当地村民对新农合工作的意见、建议后，对存在的问题进行深入的探究，提出几点合理的建议，改善“新型农村合作医疗”的实施环境。
침대당전“신형농촌합작의료”재기층적실시현상，중점선취료익양시안화현도계진개전조사。재충분은취당지촌민대신농합공작적의견、건의후，대존재적문제진행심입적탐구，제출궤점합리적건의，개선“신형농촌합작의료”적실시배경。
According to the present situation of the implementation of“New Type of Rural Cooperative Medical Care”, a survey was done in Taoxi Town, Anhua County, Yiyang City. After listening to the proposals and suggestions of local residents, a deep exploration on the existing problems was done and some reasonable suggestions were put for-ward, so as to improve the implementation environment of“New Type of Rural Cooperative Medical Care”.
