1978年至今，我国大学与政府关系变革经历了从集权到分权、从人治到法治、从管制到服务的历史性转化。下一阶段，要继续优化大学与政府关系，推进现代大学制度建设和国家治理体系现代化，进一步形成既有利于知识生产，又有利于国家发展的良性互动机制。
1978年至今，我國大學與政府關繫變革經歷瞭從集權到分權、從人治到法治、從管製到服務的歷史性轉化。下一階段，要繼續優化大學與政府關繫，推進現代大學製度建設和國傢治理體繫現代化，進一步形成既有利于知識生產，又有利于國傢髮展的良性互動機製。
1978년지금，아국대학여정부관계변혁경력료종집권도분권、종인치도법치、종관제도복무적역사성전화。하일계단，요계속우화대학여정부관계，추진현대대학제도건설화국가치리체계현대화，진일보형성기유리우지식생산，우유리우국가발전적량성호동궤제。
Since 1978, the relationship between the university and the government changes from centralization to decentralization, from rule of man to rule of law, from control to serving. In the next phase, it is required to continue to optimize the relationship between the university and the government, push forward construction of modern uni-versity system and modern governance system so that the fine interactive mechanism in favor of knowledge production and national development is further formed.
