设计制造了一种管壳式固定管板冷凝器,组成热能回收系统,排放的余汽经壳程被散热管冷却水冷凝;吸收热能的冷却水经散热管反复循环,储存在水箱中,温度提高到60℃~70℃。对该类设备引射泵排放的低压、瞬流、大流量蒸汽和空气混合废热进行余热回收,一方面改善废汽对空排放造成能源浪费和噪声污染;另一方面用作洗浴热交换设备补水,节约洗浴蒸汽消耗,实现企业节能环保。

설계제조료일충관각식고정관판냉응기,조성열능회수계통,배방적여기경각정피산열관냉각수냉응;흡수열능적냉각수경산열관반복순배,저존재수상중,온도제고도60℃~70℃。대해류설비인사빙배방적저압、순류、대류량증기화공기혼합폐열진행여열회수,일방면개선폐기대공배방조성능원낭비화조성오염;령일방면용작세욕열교환설비보수,절약세욕증기소모,실현기업절능배보。
In order to form a heat recovery system,fixed tube sheet of a shell and tube condenser is manufactured. Steam is condensed by the shell side of the heat pipe cooling water. The cooling water used to absorb heat recycles in the radiator pipe,then stored in the tank, the temperature was increased from 60℃to 70℃. The waste heat recovery of mixed steam of low pressure, instantaneous, large flow of steam and air discharged by ejector pump is processed. On the one hand,it can improve energy waste and noise pollution caused by waste stream emissions. On the other hand, it can be used as the replenishment of the bath heat exchange equipment, which can save consumption of bath steam and realize energy conservation and environmental protection.
