为研究防爆起重机轮轨摩擦防爆性能的机理,提出防爆起重机轮轨防爆措施等问题,研制了一台防爆起重机轮轨摩擦防爆性能试验装置。通过对装置的需求分析、结构强度设计、装置密封结构设计及防爆学设计,研制了一台试验装置。结果表明:该试验装置能真实模拟防爆起重机运行工况,满足爆炸试验要求,为防爆起重机轮轨摩擦防爆性能机理研究打下基础。
為研究防爆起重機輪軌摩抆防爆性能的機理,提齣防爆起重機輪軌防爆措施等問題,研製瞭一檯防爆起重機輪軌摩抆防爆性能試驗裝置。通過對裝置的需求分析、結構彊度設計、裝置密封結構設計及防爆學設計,研製瞭一檯試驗裝置。結果錶明:該試驗裝置能真實模擬防爆起重機運行工況,滿足爆炸試驗要求,為防爆起重機輪軌摩抆防爆性能機理研究打下基礎。

Wheel-rail friction explosion-proof performance study of explosion-proof crane mechanism, explosion-proof cranes wheel-rail explosion-proof measures need to develop a proof crane wheel-rail friction explosion-proof performance testing apparatus. Through the device needs analysis, structural strength design, device sealing structure design and explosion design, a test device is developed. The results show that the test device gives a true simulation of explosion-proof cranes operating conditions to meet the explosion test requirements, and lay the foundation for the explosion-proof cranes wheel-rail friction mechanism of explosion-proof performance.
