According to the rules and processes of the rush responding,the control requirements and system design ideas of the responder are analyzed. With the six-way responder system as an example,using the PLC as the control core parts,the responder system with LED digital display is designed. The hardware selection,I/O allocation,program design and such key links are emphatically discussed in this paper.
