基于Labview的机器视觉技术对干电池缺陷检测技术进行研究。在Labview环境下，采用第三方图像采集卡对干电池缺陷进行数据采集，运用视觉开发模块IMAQ Vision进行图像处理，结合Machine Vision模块实现图像模式识别，实现干电池缺陷的检测与智能识别。
