在现有的炼油加工过程可调度性的研究中,大部分采用的是建模求解的方式,但由于建模的复杂性,有些往往在模型中忽略了一些约束条件,而有些模型并不能直观的描述问题。研究输油管道最大输油速率、蒸馏塔和储油罐数量、蒸馏塔蒸馏速率和初始库存这些约束条件,并通过面向对象的仿真软件eM-Plant对炼油过程的可调度性进行建模仿真和求解验证,验证了相关的可调度条件。
在現有的煉油加工過程可調度性的研究中,大部分採用的是建模求解的方式,但由于建模的複雜性,有些往往在模型中忽略瞭一些約束條件,而有些模型併不能直觀的描述問題。研究輸油管道最大輸油速率、蒸餾塔和儲油罐數量、蒸餾塔蒸餾速率和初始庫存這些約束條件,併通過麵嚮對象的倣真軟件eM-Plant對煉油過程的可調度性進行建模倣真和求解驗證,驗證瞭相關的可調度條件。

In the existing studies of schedulability of crude oil operation,some studies used the method of making the simulation models which either ignore some constraint conditions due to the complexity of models or can’t intuitive describe the problem. This paper study contains the constraint condition of the biggest oil rate,distillation and storage tank quantity,distillation rate and initial inventory,the paper makes simulation model and solves and verification for the schedulability of crude oil process with the aid of eM-Plant which is the computer software of object-oriented,then,gets and verifies relevant scheduling conditions.
