目的加强心胸外科手术患者心理护理，消除患者的陌生感、恐惧感，提高护理服务满意度。方法采用交谈法和观察法，调查患者的性别、年龄、术前心理问题及对心理护理必要性的认识。结果180例患者中有164例占91.1%，认为有必要进行心理护理。结论手术护士手术前后进行访视，麻醉前安慰，术中关心体贴患者，术后随访患者详细交待注意事项并追踪观察心理状况，可使其能够更好的密切配合手术，取得最佳疗效和满意度。
목적가강심흉외과수술환자심리호리，소제환자적맥생감、공구감，제고호리복무만의도。방법채용교담법화관찰법，조사환자적성별、년령、술전심리문제급대심리호리필요성적인식。결과180례환자중유164례점91.1%，인위유필요진행심리호리。결론수술호사수술전후진행방시，마취전안위，술중관심체첩환자，술후수방환자상세교대주의사항병추종관찰심리상황，가사기능구경호적밀절배합수술，취득최가료효화만의도。
Objective To strengthen the psychological nursing for patients with thoracic operation, eliminate the strangeness, the patient's fear, improve nursing service satisfaction. Methods Using interview method and observation method, gender, age, surgery patients before the psychological problems and the awareness of the necessity of psychological nursing. Results The 180 patients 164 cases accounted for 91.1%, agreed that there is need for psychological nursing. Conclusion The operation nurses before and after operation were seen before anesthesia during the operation, comfort, caring patients, postoperative fol ow-up of patients described the mat ers needing at ention and observation to psychological status, closely cooperate with operation can make it bet er, to get the best curative ef ect and satisfaction.
