Sedatives and Hypnotics%Outpatient Prescription%Medication Analysis%Dug Addiction and Abuse
目的：了解我院门诊镇静催眠药的使用情况，促进临床合理用药。方法：对我院2011年6-12月使用镇静催眠药品的门诊处方进行回顾性统计分析。结果：我院门诊镇静催眠药品处方1632张，占门诊处方的34.3%；男性749人（45.9%），女性883人（54.1%）；40岁以上患者占73.1%；疾病诊断排序依次是失眠（32.4%）、精神分裂症（25.4%）、焦虑症（19.9%）、情感障碍（13.9%）、癫痫及其他（8.5%）；已产生药物依赖者223例（13.66%）；镇静催眠药使用频率较高的依次是阿普唑仑、氯硝西泮、艾司唑仑、佐匹克隆、苯巴比妥，其中阿普唑仑的药物利用指数＞1.0。结论：中老年患者是镇静催眠药的主要使用人群，精神专科医院门诊病人使用镇静催眠药非常普遍，其临床使用需进一步规范。
目的：瞭解我院門診鎮靜催眠藥的使用情況，促進臨床閤理用藥。方法：對我院2011年6-12月使用鎮靜催眠藥品的門診處方進行迴顧性統計分析。結果：我院門診鎮靜催眠藥品處方1632張，佔門診處方的34.3%；男性749人（45.9%），女性883人（54.1%）；40歲以上患者佔73.1%；疾病診斷排序依次是失眠（32.4%）、精神分裂癥（25.4%）、焦慮癥（19.9%）、情感障礙（13.9%）、癲癇及其他（8.5%）；已產生藥物依賴者223例（13.66%）；鎮靜催眠藥使用頻率較高的依次是阿普唑崙、氯硝西泮、艾司唑崙、佐匹剋隆、苯巴比妥，其中阿普唑崙的藥物利用指數＞1.0。結論：中老年患者是鎮靜催眠藥的主要使用人群，精神專科醫院門診病人使用鎮靜催眠藥非常普遍，其臨床使用需進一步規範。
목적：료해아원문진진정최면약적사용정황，촉진림상합리용약。방법：대아원2011년6-12월사용진정최면약품적문진처방진행회고성통계분석。결과：아원문진진정최면약품처방1632장，점문진처방적34.3%；남성749인（45.9%），녀성883인（54.1%）；40세이상환자점73.1%；질병진단배서의차시실면（32.4%）、정신분렬증（25.4%）、초필증（19.9%）、정감장애（13.9%）、전간급기타（8.5%）；이산생약물의뢰자223례（13.66%）；진정최면약사용빈솔교고적의차시아보서륜、록초서반、애사서륜、좌필극륭、분파비타，기중아보서륜적약물이용지수＞1.0。결론：중노년환자시진정최면약적주요사용인군，정신전과의원문진병인사용진정최면약비상보편，기림상사용수진일보규범。
Objective:To investigate the use of sedatives and hypnotics in a mental health hospital so as to improve the rational drug use . Methods: Prescriptions of sedatives and hypnotics for outpatients from Jun . to Dec . of 2011 in our hospital were collected and a retrospective analysis was made statistically . Results:The 1 632 prescriptions of sedatives and hypnotics accounted for 34 . 3% of the total outpatient ’ s prescriptions ( 4 752 ) . Among the outpatients , male and female patients were 749 (45.9%) and 883 (54.1%) respectively, and 73.1%of these patients were above 40 years of age . In the disease diagnosis , insomnia was 32 . 4% followed by schizophrenia ( 25 . 4%) , anxity ( 19 . 9%) , af-fective disorders(13.9%), epilepsy and other diseases (8.5%). About 223 cases had showed drug addiction(13.66%). Of the sedative and hypnotic drugs , alprazolam , clonazepam , estazolam , zopiclone and phenobarbital were used with high frequency , of which alprazolam utilization index was more than 1 . 0 . Conclusion: Sedatives and hypnotics were mainly used in elderly patients and very commonly used in the outpatients of mental health hospital . The clinical use of sedatives and hypnotics needs to be further standardized .
