席夫碱作为鳌合剂、稳定剂、生物活性剂、分析试剂和催化试剂等广泛应用于化工生产和科学研究的很多领域，而且席夫碱及其金属配合物以其良好的抑菌、抗癌和抗病毒等广泛的生物和药物活性而倍受人们的关注。本文以2-羟基-1-奈甲醛与水杨酰肼和氨基硫脲反应制得2-羟基-1-奈甲醛缩水杨酰肼、2-羟基-1-奈甲醛缩氨基硫脲，以香草醛与硫代氨基脲及2，5-二硫二脲反应，合成了香草醛缩氨基硫脲和1，6-二（香草醛）缩双硫脲，以红外、荧光和吸收光谱对化合物进行了表征。

Schiff base are widely used in chemical production and scientific research fields as chelating agents , stabilizers , biologically active agents , analytical reagents , and catalytic reagents .And the interest of Schiff base and its metal complexes has been aroused for its good biological activity , such as antibacterial, anti-cancer, drug activity and anti-virus.In this paper , 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde salicylic hydrazones and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde thiosemicarbazones were synthesized by 2 -hydroxy -1 -naphthaldehyde , salicylic hydrazide and thiosemicarbazide , and vanillic aldehyde thiosemicarbazone , 1 , 6 -bis ( vanillin ) shrinkage double thiourea are successfully synthesized by vanillin , thiosulfate semicarbazide and 2,5 -disulfidedisulfonic urea .Infrared, fluorescence and absorption spectra of the compounds were characterized .
