目的探讨感动式护理工作模式在肝动脉栓塞术患者中的应用价值.方法将我院2005年2月至2012年6月收治的163例肝动脉栓塞介入治疗患者随机分为两组,对照组80例给予常规护理,观察组83例在常规护理基础上开展感动式护理,主要包括服务的理念、提高温馨的服务、倡导行为的反思和提高舒适护理以及人性化与多样式的健康教育等工作流程.比较两组患者对护理人员的护理满意度及投诉率.结果观察组患者对护理人员的护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组的投诉率比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论通过对肝动脉栓塞术患者实施感动式护理,能有效地提高患者的护理满意度,降低患者的投诉率,提高护理质量.

Objective To explore the application value of sensation nursing service for the patients with hepatic artery embolization.Methods In our hospital from 2010 February to 2012 June included 163 cases of hepatic artery embolization were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the observation group 83 cases received sensation nursing service including the service concept,improving the warm service,reflection of behavior and improve comfort care and variety of health education.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of patients was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group.The difference was obviously between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The difference of complain rates of two groups was also obvious ly (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Sensation nursing service for the patients with hepatic artery embolization can effectively improve patients'nursing satisfaction degree,reduce the complain rate and improve the nursing quality.
