陶行知先生认为:“教师的责任不在教,而在于教学生学”先生教的法子必须根据学生学的法子”。因此,教师在教学过程中应把学生放在主体地位,激发其求知欲,使之有所知、有所思、有所悟,优化学习过程。本文从四个方面阐述转变师生角色,发挥学生主体作用,完成新课程改革的目标和要求:一、营造和谐氛围,唤醒学生主体意识;二、开展探究学习,培养学生主体精神;三、进行自主学习,孕育学生主体发展;四、提高教师素质,实现学生主体回归。

Mr. Tao Xing-zhi think:"teacher's responsibility is not to teach, and in teaching students to learn"teaches’ method must according to the student ’ method". Therefore, teachers in the teaching process should put students in the main role, stimulate their curiosity, to know, to think, to optimize the learning process. In this paper, change the roles between teachers and students from four aspects, students play the main role, to complete the objectives of the new curriculum reform and requirements:first, to create a harmonious atmosphere, to arouse the students' subject consciousness;second, inquiry learning, cultivating students' subjective spirit;third, autonomous learning, bringing the student main body development;fourth, improving the quality of teachers, make students regression.
