目的：观察健心平律丸辅助治疗缺血性心肌病的临床疗效。方法30例确诊患者随机分为2组，常规治疗组12例；加用健心平律丸组18例；3个月为1个疗程，1个疗程后统计疗效；观察记录2组治疗前后临床症状、体征、心脏彩超、肝肾功能、电解质、血、尿、粪常规的变化。结果2组心衰疗效、心脏彩超变化有显著性差异（ P ＜0.05）。结论健心平律丸辅助治疗缺血性心肌病的临床疗效明显，无任何毒副作用。
목적：관찰건심평률환보조치료결혈성심기병적림상료효。방법30례학진환자수궤분위2조，상규치료조12례；가용건심평률환조18례；3개월위1개료정，1개료정후통계료효；관찰기록2조치료전후림상증상、체정、심장채초、간신공능、전해질、혈、뇨、분상규적변화。결과2조심쇠료효、심장채초변화유현저성차이（ P ＜0.05）。결론건심평률환보조치료결혈성심기병적림상료효명현，무임하독부작용。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Jianxinpinglv pills on treating with ischemic cardiomyopathy .Methods 30 cases were randomly divided into w groups , the routine treatment group of 12 and the adding Jianxinpinglv pills of 18.One course was 3 months. Make statistic after one month .The clinical symptoms , sign, UCG, liver and kidney functions , electrolyte and the blood , urine and stool routine would be observed .Results There was significant difference between 2 groups in clinical effects and the UCG .Conclusion The clinical effect of Jianxinpinglv pills was significant to treat ischemic cardiomyopathy and without any toxic and side effect or secondary pollution.
