Quadruple therapy%Helicobacter pylori%Peptic ulcer
目的：探讨和研究泮托拉唑四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床治疗体会。方法：收治胃溃疡及十二指肠球部溃疡并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性患者118例。随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组86例采用泮托拉唑肠溶片、胶体果胶铋颗粒、阿莫西林胶囊及克拉霉素缓释片四联疗法。对照组32例，采用泮托拉唑肠溶片单独联合胶体果胶铋颗粒。结果：治疗组疗效总有效率达100%，Hp转阴率达93.02%，对照组疗效总有效率达90.63%，Hp转阴率达18.75%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：泮托拉唑四联疗法治疗消化性溃疡效果明显优于质子泵抑制剂单独联合铋剂，症状缓解率、疗效、Hp转阴率均有统计学意义。

목적：탐토화연구반탁랍서사련요법치료소화성궤양적림상치료체회。방법：수치위궤양급십이지장구부궤양병유문라간균(Hp)양성환자118례。수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조86례채용반탁랍서장용편、효체과효필과립、아막서림효낭급극랍매소완석편사련요법。대조조32례，채용반탁랍서장용편단독연합효체과효필과립。결과：치료조료효총유효솔체100%，Hp전음솔체93.02%，대조조료효총유효솔체90.63%，Hp전음솔체18.75%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：반탁랍서사련요법치료소화성궤양효과명현우우질자빙억제제단독연합필제，증상완해솔、료효、Hp전음솔균유통계학의의。
Objective:To discuss and study the clinical treatment experience of pantoprazole quadruple therapy on peptic ulcer. Methods:118 patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer complicated with positive Hp were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.86 cases of the treatment group were given pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets,colloidal bismuth pectin granules,amoxicillin capsules and clarithromycin sustained release tablets of quadruple therapy, 32 cases of the control group were given the pantoprazole enteric-coated tablets and colloidal bismuth pectin granules.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 100%,the helicobacter pylori negative rate was 93.02%;in the control group,the total effective rate was 90.63%,the helicobacter pylori negative rate was 18.75%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of pantoprazole quadruple therapy on peptic ulcer is better than that of proton pump inhibitors alone combined with bismuth.There are significant differences in symptom remission rate,efficacy and helicobacter pylori negative rate.
