精神疾病患者躯体疾病的患病率和死亡率高于正常人群，特别是精神分裂症患者。精神疾病合并的躯体病与某些抗精神科药物的副反应有关。本文综述了抗精神病药物与躯体疾病之间关联关系的研究文献，以增加对此方面知识的了解与重视。
精神疾病患者軀體疾病的患病率和死亡率高于正常人群，特彆是精神分裂癥患者。精神疾病閤併的軀體病與某些抗精神科藥物的副反應有關。本文綜述瞭抗精神病藥物與軀體疾病之間關聯關繫的研究文獻，以增加對此方麵知識的瞭解與重視。

The prevalence of somatic diseases and the mortality rate in the patients with mental disorders were higher than health peoples, especial y in the patients with schizophrenia. One reason of the patients with schizophrenia had higher rate of somatic disease prevalence is the usage of antipsychotic drugs. We reviewed the articles which report the association of somatic diseases and antipsychotics, so to enhance the comprehension of this area.
