选用大麦为材料,研究不同Al3+浓度(50、100、500μmoL/L)对大麦(Hordeum vulgare L.)叶片和根的可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:在整个处理期间,高浓度Al3+(500μmoL/L)可诱导大麦叶片中可溶性蛋白,其含量明显高于对照组和其他处理组(除了Al3+浓度为100μmoL/L)(P<0.05)。Al3+处理20 d时,所有处理组叶片中的可溶性蛋白含量都显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并且呈现先上升后下降的趋势。在大麦根中,各个Al3+处理组可溶性蛋白含量随着处理时间的延长、处理浓度的增加呈上升趋势(P<0.05),但在Al3+处理20 d时,100μmoL/L Al3+处理组可溶性蛋白含量明显高于500μmoL/L Al3+处理组(P<0.05)。

With Hordeum vulgare L. as the material,influences on soluble protein contents in leaves and roots of barley(Hordeum vulgare L)treated with different concentrations of Al3+(50,100,500μmoL/L)were investigated.The results indicated that at high concentration of Al3+(500μmoL/L),the soluble protein contents in leaves increased high significantly when compared with control and other treatment groups (except for the treatment with 100μmoL/L Al3+)during the whole treatments(P<0.05).The contents in leaves exposed to Al3+for 20 days were high significantly in comparison with control (P<0.05).The soluble protein contents in roots exposed to Al3+increased significantly with the increasing concentration and time. However,in the roots exposed to 100μmoL/L Al3+for 20 days was high significantly when compared with the treatment exposed to 500μmoL/L Al3+(P<0.05).
