目的分析总结2011~2012年我科以昏迷为主要症状就诊患者的诊治情况，以期提高对急诊昏迷患者的早期识别，诊断并及时给予对症处理，避免漏诊误诊。方法对北京丰台医院急诊科2011年1月~2012年12月115例昏迷患者临床诊疗情况进行分析。结果心跳骤停20例，占17.4%，脑出血，15例，占13.0%,大面积脑梗塞，18例，占15.7%，急性重度酒精中毒，18例，占15.7%，其他原因导致昏迷44例，38.3%。115例患者最终抢救成功者90例，成功率78.3%，抢救失败死亡的25例，死亡率21.7%。结论昏迷是临床急诊科常见症状，中重度昏迷死亡率高，急诊医生必须时刻提高警惕，能够准确快速识别昏迷病因，快速做出鉴别诊断，并给与及时有效的处理，除了针对不同病因所致的昏迷进行病因治疗外，还应该保护脑细胞功能，提高脑复苏的成功率，降低中重度昏迷的死亡率。
목적분석총결2011~2012년아과이혼미위주요증상취진환자적진치정황，이기제고대급진혼미환자적조기식별，진단병급시급여대증처리，피면루진오진。방법대북경봉태의원급진과2011년1월~2012년12월115례혼미환자림상진료정황진행분석。결과심도취정20례，점17.4%，뇌출혈，15례，점13.0%,대면적뇌경새，18례，점15.7%，급성중도주정중독，18례，점15.7%，기타원인도치혼미44례，38.3%。115례환자최종창구성공자90례，성공솔78.3%，창구실패사망적25례，사망솔21.7%。결론혼미시림상급진과상견증상，중중도혼미사망솔고，급진의생필수시각제고경척，능구준학쾌속식별혼미병인，쾌속주출감별진단，병급여급시유효적처리，제료침대불동병인소치적혼미진행병인치료외，환응해보호뇌세포공능，제고뇌복소적성공솔，강저중중도혼미적사망솔。
Objective To analyze and summarize our department in 2011-2012 coma treatment as the main symptom diagnosis and treatment of patients in order to improve the emergency coma patients with early identification, diagnosis and timely given symptomatic treatment, to avoid misdiagnosis.
