目的根管治疗包括根管预备、根管消毒和根管充填。准确地测量根管工作长度是根管预备和根管充填必不可少的条件。方法抽取96颗前牙,分 A、B两组,在根管预备前分别应用X线插针摄片法、SybronEndo根尖定位仪法进行根管工作长度测量,以此长度进行根管预备和充填,然后摄 X线牙片,比较其恰充率。结果用X线插针摄片法和SybronEndo根管测量仪法指导的根管充填成功率分别为64.58%和81.25%(P<0.01),有显著性差异。结论 SybronEndo根管测量仪是一种准确率较高的根管工作长度测量工具,将成为今后临床测量根管工作长度的首选可行方法。

목적근관치료포괄근관예비、근관소독화근관충전。준학지측량근관공작장도시근관예비화근관충전필불가소적조건。방법추취96과전아,분 A、B량조,재근관예비전분별응용X선삽침섭편법、SybronEndo근첨정위의법진행근관공작장도측량,이차장도진행근관예비화충전,연후섭 X선아편,비교기흡충솔。결과용X선삽침섭편법화SybronEndo근관측량의법지도적근관충전성공솔분별위64.58%화81.25%(P<0.01),유현저성차이。결론 SybronEndo근관측량의시일충준학솔교고적근관공작장도측량공구,장성위금후림상측량근관공작장도적수선가행방법。
Objective The root canal therapy includes Root canal preparation, disinfection of root canal and root canal fil ing. The accurate measurement of root canal working length is indispensable condition of root canal preparation and root canal fil ing. Methods Extraction of 96 front teeth, divide into A, B two groups, X-ray radiography and SybronEndo apex locator for measuring root canal working length in the respectively application of root canal preparation.The root canal preparation and root canal fil ing in this length, then x-ray radiograph, Comparison of the appropriate fil ing rate. Result Use X-ray radiography and SybronEndo apex locator for measuring root canal working length to guide the success rate of root canal fil ing are 64.58%and 81.25%, respectively (P<0.01) there is a significant dif erences. Conclusion The SybronEndo apex locator is a kind of high accuracy of root canal working length measurement.It wil become the preferred method of future clinical measurement of root canal working length.
