目的探索基于问题的学习教学模式应用于神经内科临床实习教学的可行性及现实意义。方法针对 PBL教学模式和神经内科临床实习的特点设计、实施方案,并完成教学考核和教学反馈。结果在 PBL教学模式下学生的学习主动性提高,有助于培养和提高学生医学临床思维能力。结论 PBL教学模式是传统教学模式的良好补充,二者有机结合,适合目前的神经内科临床实习教学资源状况。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and significance of problem based learning (PBL)in Neurology internship. Methods Based on the features of PBL pat ern and clinical internship learning,teaching program has been designed and practiced. Teaching ef ectiveness was evaluated with a questionnaire and an ability examination. Results Students who participated in PBL were in a dominant position and were more active in the learning process. The PBL pat ern could contribute to fostering and enhancing their clinical thinking. Conclusion The PBL pat ern used in the Neurology internship has advantages and supplement of the shortage concerning traditional teaching pat ern,which are applicable in modern medical teaching practice.
