在分析战场电磁频谱管控的意义、作用、地位及流程的基础上,结合参训部队用频装备的频率范围、工作时间和工作区域,在考虑各种约束条件的情况下,提出了基于粒子群优化算法的频率分配方法,对信息对抗训练中电磁频谱管控和频率分配具有一定的指导意义。

On the foundation of analyzing the meaning,function and process of the battlefield electromagnetism frequency spectrum managment,in combination with the frequency scope and working time and work district of the equipments used by the training troops,the frequency assignment method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is put forward in the premise of considering various restriction conditions. It has a guiding significance for electromagnetism frequency spectrum management and frequency assignment in the information countermeasure training.
