水工隧洞的设计、施工以及造价文件的编制是水利工程技术人员应具备的基本技能。在现有的课程体系中，涉及这些技能培养的教学内容分别在4门课中讲授，普遍沿袭学科本位的教学模式，不利于学生完整地掌握整个水工隧洞工程的实际工作过程及其联系；不利于学生职业能力的培养，亟需改革。应从分析水工隧洞工程的工作过程入手，在探讨其职业能力构成的基础上，以典型工程项目为载体，实施项目化课程改革，研究课程内容的筛选、重组。教学实践表明：以工作过程为导向设计项目化课程，能有效地提高学生的职业能力和职业素质。

They are basic skills for hydraulic engineering technicians to design hydraulic tunnel,construct hydrau-lic tunnel and make cost document of hydraulic tunnel. In existing course system,these skills are taught in the four courses,generally following discipline-standard teaching mode,it is not conducive for students to grasp the actual working processes of the hydraulic tunnel engineering and their relations,and it is unfavorable for the culti-vation of students' professional abilities,it is urgent to reform. Starting in analyzing the working processes of hy-draulic tunnel project,on the basis of discussing its professional competence,with a typical engineering project as the carrier,by the implementation of the project curricular reform,the paper studies the selection and recombina-tion of course content. Teaching practice shows that designing project course by working process guide can effec-tively improve the students' professional abilities and professional quality.
