目的探讨多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年3月~2013年1月收治的70例支气管哮喘患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组患者采用多索茶碱治疗,观察组患者采用多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗,治疗2w后对两组患者的情况进行分析。结果观察组患者的有效率为94.29%,对照组患者的有效率为82.86%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相比治疗前,两组患者的肺通气指标均有不通程度的改善(P<0.05),观察组患者的各项指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对支气管哮喘,通过多索茶碱联合布地奈德进行治疗,临床疗效显著,由于单独用药的效果,患者的肺通气指标改善明显,适合在临床上推广应用。

목적탐토다색다감연합포지내덕치료지기관효천적림상효과。방법선취아원2012년3월~2013년1월수치적70례지기관효천환자,분위관찰조화대조조,매조35례,대조조환자채용다색다감치료,관찰조환자채용다색다감연합포지내덕치료,치료2w후대량조환자적정황진행분석。결과관찰조환자적유효솔위94.29%,대조조환자적유효솔위82.86%,조간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。상비치료전,량조환자적폐통기지표균유불통정도적개선(P<0.05),관찰조환자적각항지표개선균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론침대지기관효천,통과다색다감연합포지내덕진행치료,림상료효현저,유우단독용약적효과,환자적폐통기지표개선명현,괄합재림상상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate Doxofyl ine budesonide treatment of bronchial asthma clinical results. Methods A hospital in March 2012 - January 2013 were treated 70 cases of bronchial asthma patients were divided into observation group and control group, 35 in the control group were treated with Doxofyl ine treatment, the observation group were treated with multi-theophyl ine combined budesonide treatment two weeks after two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The ef ective rate of 94.29% of patients in the control group of patients with an ef ective rate of 82.86%, a statistical y significant dif erence between the groups (P<0.05). Compared to baseline, both groups of patients had pulmonary ventilation index unreasonable degree of improvement (P<0.05), the indicators observed improvement in patients than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions bronchial asthma, through Doxofyl ine budesonide treatment, significant clinical ef ect, since the ef ect of a single drug, the patient's pulmonary ventilation indicators improved significantly, suitable for clinical application.
