目的观察分析牙齿严重磨损伴有牙列缺损患者行修复治疗临床观察。方法选取我院口腔科从2011年3月~2012年3月收治的牙齿严重磨损伴随牙列缺损患者共134例。采用牙合重建对入选患者进行修复治疗。结果患者在结束永久性牙合重建修复后，发音，外貌以及咀嚼功能等均得到显著改善，咀嚼效率能够得到一定的提高。患者在永久性牙合重建修复后的满意度为92.1%，并发症率仅为8.21%。结论对于牙齿严重磨损并且伴有牙列缺损患者采用牙合重建修复能够取得满意的效果，除了能够较好恢复患者的咀嚼功能，还具有恢复外貌的作用。
목적관찰분석아치엄중마손반유아렬결손환자행수복치료림상관찰。방법선취아원구강과종2011년3월~2012년3월수치적아치엄중마손반수아렬결손환자공134례。채용아합중건대입선환자진행수복치료。결과환자재결속영구성아합중건수복후，발음，외모이급저작공능등균득도현저개선，저작효솔능구득도일정적제고。환자재영구성아합중건수복후적만의도위92.1%，병발증솔부위8.21%。결론대우아치엄중마손병차반유아렬결손환자채용아합중건수복능구취득만의적효과，제료능구교호회복환자적저작공능，환구유회복외모적작용。
Objective: To observe the badly worn dentition analysis edentulous patients with clinical observation restorative treatment. Methods: Our hospitals from March 2011 to March 2012 were treated badly worn dentition accompanied edentulous patients with a total 134 cases.
