本文通过综合比较150例腰椎间盘突出症患者，在综合治疗和常规治疗过程的临床疗效，得出具有统计学意义的结论。其中，综合治疗采用牵引、手法、中药内服和康复训练，常规治疗采用牵引、康复训练和西药治疗。治疗后两组的NRS评分均明显下降，与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义，但观察组降低程度更明显，与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义。研究发现，采用牵引、推拿、中药内服和功能锻炼等多种方法综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症，可以明显解除神经根压迫，降低疼痛，收获较为满意的临床效果。

Objective Observe the Clinical ef icacy in treating the lumbar disc herniation with the Combination therapy. Method 150 Patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into comprehensive treatment group and conventional therapy group.Comprehensive treatment group used method with traction, manipulation, Chinese Herbs and rehabilitation; Conventional treatment group used method with traction, rehabilitation medicine. The whole treatment Course lasted 10 days, to observe the clinical ef icacy and pain improvement. Results Observation group, 20 cases were cured, ef ective in 49 cases, inef ective in 6 cases, the total ef ective rate of 92.00%,Control group, 15 cases were cured, ef ective in 46 cases, inef ective in 14 cases, the total ef ective rate of 81.33%,The total ef ective statistical y significant dif erence (P<0.05).NRS score of the two groups are significantly decreased after-treatment Statistical y significant dif erence compared with before-treatment (P<0.05), More obvious reduction in the observation group. The dif erence was statistical y significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Traction, massage, Chinese Herbs and functional exercise a variety of comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation, nerve root compression can significantly relieve, reduce pain, harvest more satisfactory clinical results.
