目的探讨肩胛下肌腱损伤的超声应用价值。方法对临床查体疑似诊断肩胛下肌腱损伤的患者进行超声及核磁检查，其中影像学诊断肩胛下肌腱部分或完全撕裂患者行关节镜下手术治疗。结果手术证实25例存在肩胛下肌腱损伤，超声检查诊断26例存在肩胛下肌腱不同程度损伤，超声检查灵敏度96.1%，特异度67.7%。结论超声检查通过综合运用二维、彩色多普勒、实时超声弹性成像技术应用于肩胛下肌腱损伤方面具有很高的灵敏度及特异性。

Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of subscapularis tend. Methods Al patients suspected as subscapularis tend tear were detected by ultrasound and MRI.The patients suf ered from part or entire tear were underwent dif erent arthroscopic repair. Results 25 patients with subscapularis tend tear were confirmed during operation of arthroscopic, Sensitivity 96.1%, specificity 67.7%. Conclusion Comprehensive use of two-dimensional、color Doppler and real-time ultrasound elastography of Ultrasound is a high sensitive and specificitive techniques for diagnosis of subscapularis tend tear.
