目的探讨周剂量奈达铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法50例中晚期宫颈癌随机分为同步放化疗组(25例)和单纯放疗组(25例),对比其2年生存率和毒副反应。结果同步放化疗组和单纯放疗组相比,完全有效率(92.0%和80.0%)、2年生存率(76.0%%和56.0%)和复发和远处转移率(16.0%和44.0%)均明显优于单纯放疗组(P<0.05)。但同步放化疗组骨髓抑制及消化道反应明显高于单纯放疗组(P<0.05)。结论与单纯放疗组相比,周剂量奈达铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的有效率及生存率较高,但骨髓抑制及消化道反应较为严重。

목적탐토주제량내체박동보방화료치료중만기궁경암적료효화독부작용。방법50례중만기궁경암수궤분위동보방화료조(25례)화단순방료조(25례),대비기2년생존솔화독부반응。결과동보방화료조화단순방료조상비,완전유효솔(92.0%화80.0%)、2년생존솔(76.0%%화56.0%)화복발화원처전이솔(16.0%화44.0%)균명현우우단순방료조(P<0.05)。단동보방화료조골수억제급소화도반응명현고우단순방료조(P<0.05)。결론여단순방료조상비,주제량내체박동보방화료치료중만기궁경암적유효솔급생존솔교고,단골수억제급소화도반응교위엄중。
Objective To analyze the clinical ef ect and toxicity of nadaplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy for local y advanced cervical cancer. Methods Fifty patients with local advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into nadaplatin concurrent chemo-radiotherapy group ( 25 cases) and only radiotherapy group ( 25 cases) . The survival rates toxicity of the two groups were compared. Results The total ef ective rates were 92.0% and 80.0%, 2-year survival rates were 76.0% and 56.0%, recurrence and metastasis rates were 16.0% and 44.0% in nadaplatin concurrent chemo-radiotherapy group and only radiotherapy group respectively with significant dif erence(P<0.05).But the incidence of bone marrow inhibition and gastrointestinal reaction in nadaplatin concurrent chemo-radiotherapy group were higher than that in only radiotherapy group. Conclusion Compared with only radiotherapy group,the total ef ective rates and survival rates were higher in nadaplatin concurrent chemo-radiotherapy group,but bone marrow inhibition and gastrointestinal reaction were severer for local advanced cervical cancer.
