目的探讨门静脉血流彩色多普勒超声检查在慢性肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法以我院2010年4月～2012年10月119例慢性肝炎患者为研究对象，以同期67例健康体检人员为对照组，比较分析两组门静脉内径、最大血流速度和血流量。结果研究组门静脉内径(15.1±3.5)mm,显著高于对照组（P<0.01),最大血流速度（12.2±3.4）cm/s，门静脉血流量（1105.2±118.4）ml/min，显著低于对照组（P<0.01)。结论慢性肝炎患者门静脉血流变化具有显著的临床意义，建议推广应用。
목적탐토문정맥혈류채색다보륵초성검사재만성간염환자중적응용효과。방법이아원2010년4월～2012년10월119례만성간염환자위연구대상，이동기67례건강체검인원위대조조，비교분석량조문정맥내경、최대혈류속도화혈류량。결과연구조문정맥내경(15.1±3.5)mm,현저고우대조조（P<0.01),최대혈류속도（12.2±3.4）cm/s，문정맥혈류량（1105.2±118.4）ml/min，현저저우대조조（P<0.01)。결론만성간염환자문정맥혈류변화구유현저적림상의의，건의추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of portal vein blood flow by color Doppler ultrasonography in patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods:in our hospital from 2010 April-2012 year in October 119 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients as the research object, compared with 67 cases of healthy volunteers as control group, compared two groups of portal vein diameter, maximum blood flow velocity and blood flow. Results:the portal vein diameter was (15.1 ± 3.5)mm, significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.01), the maximum velocity of (12.2 ± 3.4)cm/s, portal vein blood flow per minute of 1105.2 ± 118.4mL, significantly lower than the control group (P< 0.01).
