目的探讨手法复位联合髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的疗效分析。方法选择2009年1月~2012年1月我院胫骨骨折患者30例，采取手法复位联合髓内钉治疗，首先闭合复位胫骨骨折，使其解剖复位，于胫骨结节近端开口、扩髓，安装相应规格的髓内钉。结果本组30例患者骨折均于一期愈合，无骨不连及骨延迟愈合出现，无断钉发生，无畸形愈合，关节功能均提示正常，无残疾出现。结论在无C型臂x线机等监控情况下，闭合复位胫骨骨折完全具有可行性，临床治疗效果显著。
목적탐토수법복위연합수내정치료경골골절적료효분석。방법선택2009년1월~2012년1월아원경골골절환자30례，채취수법복위연합수내정치료，수선폐합복위경골골절，사기해부복위，우경골결절근단개구、확수，안장상응규격적수내정。결과본조30례환자골절균우일기유합，무골불련급골연지유합출현，무단정발생，무기형유합，관절공능균제시정상，무잔질출현。결론재무C형비x선궤등감공정황하，폐합복위경골골절완전구유가행성，림상치료효과현저。
ObjectiveTo investigate the analysis of manipulative reduction combined with intramedul ary nail in treatment of tibial fractures. Methods January 2009 to January 2012 30 patients in our hospital with tibial fractures have been choosen to take manual reduction combined intramedul ary nailing, the first closed reduction of tibial fractures, making it anatomical y proximal opening of the tibial tuberosity, reamed, instal the appropriate specifications intramedul ary nail. Results The group of 30 patients were al in a healing fracture, no bone nonunion and delayed healing occurs, no broken nails,no malunion,joint function showed normal appearance, no disability. Conclusion:in the absence of C arm X-ray machine monitoring case,closed reduction of tibial fracture is viable,and the same ef ect and its application in monitoring situations,clinical treatment ef ect is remarkable.
