目的为了保护乳腺癌化疗患者的外周静脉，减少反复穿刺带来的痛苦，预防化疗所致的静脉炎和组织坏死，尤其能解决双侧乳腺癌、复发性乳腺癌患者化疗棘手的问题。方法通过对2012年7月~2013年6月，共240例在超声引导下作小切口经右颈内静脉输液港置入术的患者进行回顾性分析。评估患者病史资料、输液港置入术的护理及并发症情况。结果240例患者中229例顺利完成化疗，11例因发生并发症而拔除输液港，并发症发生率为4.5%。其中导管堵塞发生6例，导管脱落2例，导管血源性感染2例，药物外渗1例。结论植入式静脉输液港为临床上乳腺癌化疗患者提供一条理想而便捷的化疗途径。

Objective For protecting the peripheral vein of the breast cancer patients and preventing the phlebitis and the tissue necrosis from chemotherapy.Reduce the pain from repeated puncture,and also provide a solution for the injection of chemotherapeutics in Bilateral and recurrence breast cancer patients. Methods With ultrasound-guided access of vein Between January 2013 and June 2013,240 ports were implanted in 240 patients by surgeon. These procedures were performed with one smal skin incision and subcutaneous puncture of internal jugular vein in the right.Patient's profiles,indications of port system,complications were evaluated. Results 229 of 240 patients successful y completed chemotherapy. Late complications occurred in 11 patients with the rate of 4.5%including blockage of catheter in 6,fal of of catheter in 2,port site infection in 2 and exosmose of the drugs in 1. Conclusion Surgical insertion of Port system in breast cancer patients is safe procedures with lower complications which provide a convenient access to chemotherapy.
