目的探讨基层卫生院通过综合防治措施对农村高血压患者血压控制达标率的影响。方法通过有计划、有组织、定时、定点或上门入户的方式对200例农村高血压患者进行综合防治。结果通过综合防治措施，200例高血压患者饮食结构改善，服药依从性及血压达标率等明显提高。结论综合防治措施是基层医院控制农村高血压患者的血压控制达标率的有效方法。

Objective To probe into comprehensive measures of rural basic hospitals through a success rate of blood pressure control hypertension patients. Methods Through planned, organized, timing, fixed way of comprehensive prevention and treatment of 200 cases of hypertension patients in rural. Results By comprehensive prevention and control measures, 200 cases of patients with high blood pressure diet, medication compliance and blood pressure obviously improve the success rate and so on. Conclusion Comprehensive prevention and control measures are basic-level hospitals and the blood pressure of hypertension patients in rural areas of the ef ective methods to control the success rate.
