目的通过研究肝素稀释液与生理盐水封闭中心静脉导管后血栓的发生率，评估以上两种封管液对血栓形成的预防效果。方法将54例接受中心静脉置管癌症患者随机分为生理盐水和肝素稀释液组两组，研究组28例，对照组26例，两组按照常规方法进行置后，给予除封管液外相同的常规导管护理。观察两组患者的血栓发生情况。统计学分析采用SPSS15.0版本统计软件。 P≤0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果肝素稀释液组患者的静脉血栓发生率为21.43%，生理盐水组患者的血栓发生率为57.69%，肝素稀释液组的血栓形成几率明显低于生理盐水组。结论中心静脉置管后使用肝素稀释液封闭可降低血栓的发生，降低堵管的几率。
목적통과연구간소희석액여생리염수봉폐중심정맥도관후혈전적발생솔，평고이상량충봉관액대혈전형성적예방효과。방법장54례접수중심정맥치관암증환자수궤분위생리염수화간소희석액조량조，연구조28례，대조조26례，량조안조상규방법진행치후，급여제봉관액외상동적상규도관호리。관찰량조환자적혈전발생정황。통계학분석채용SPSS15.0판본통계연건。 P≤0.05위차이유통계학의의。결과간소희석액조환자적정맥혈전발생솔위21.43%，생리염수조환자적혈전발생솔위57.69%，간소희석액조적혈전형성궤솔명현저우생리염수조。결론중심정맥치관후사용간소희석액봉폐가강저혈전적발생，강저도관적궤솔。
Objective by studying the heparin dilution and the incidence of thrombosis after normal saline central venous catheter closed, evaluate the above two kinds of liquid seal tube to the thrombosis prevention ef ect. Methods 54 patients with central venous catheter cancer patients were randomly divided into normal saline group and heparin dilution in the two groups,group 28 cases and the control group,26 cases in the two groups carried out in accordance with the conventional method after,to in addition to the liquid seal tube the same conventional catheter nursing. Observe two groups of patients with thrombus is happening. Statistical analysis using statistical software SPSS15.0version.P 0.05 or less for the dif erence was statistical y significant. Results The incidence of venous thromboembolism in patients with heparin dilution group was 21.43%,the incidence of thrombosis in patients with physiological saline group was 57.69%,the risk of thrombosis heparin dilution group was obviously lower physiological saline group. Conclusion Central venous catheter after using heparin dilution sealing can decrease the incidence of thrombosis,reduce the risk of blocking pipe.
