在大学校园中，三困生作为一种特殊的群体，与其他同学相比，无论在物质方面，还是精神方面都要承受巨大的压力，为了确保这部分学生健康成长，顺利成才，需要给予他们更多的关心与照顾。为此，本文通过对“三困生”的形成成因进行分析，同时提出相应的政策建议，为建立和谐校园提供参考依据。

In university campuses, students with money difficulty, learning difficulty and mental difficulty are a special group. Compared with other students, they have to bear tremendous pressure both in material and mind. In order to ensure their healthy growth and success, the university needs to give them more concern and care. Therefore, this article analyzes the reasons for their difficulties and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations, which provides reference for building a harmonious campus.
