目的观察复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者纤维蛋白原及超敏 C反应蛋白的影响。方法将80例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者随机分为常规治疗组和复荣通脉胶囊组，常规治疗组，予胰岛素降糖及抗血小板、调脂、降压治疗，复荣通脉胶囊组在常规治疗组基础上，加复荣通脉胶囊5粒，3/d，口服。两组连续用药4 w，观察纤维蛋白原及超敏C反应蛋白的变化。结果复荣通脉胶囊组与常规治疗组相比，能明显降低纤维蛋白原，抑制超敏 C反应蛋白，复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病患者的血糖无明显影响。结论复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者，有降低纤维蛋白原和超敏C反应蛋白的作用，推断其抑制血管内皮炎性反应，有抗动脉硬化作用。
목적관찰복영통맥효낭대당뇨병하지혈관병변환자섬유단백원급초민 C반응단백적영향。방법장80례당뇨병하지혈관병변환자수궤분위상규치료조화복영통맥효낭조，상규치료조，여이도소강당급항혈소판、조지、강압치료，복영통맥효낭조재상규치료조기출상，가복영통맥효낭5립，3/d，구복。량조련속용약4 w，관찰섬유단백원급초민C반응단백적변화。결과복영통맥효낭조여상규치료조상비，능명현강저섬유단백원，억제초민 C반응단백，복영통맥효낭대당뇨병환자적혈당무명현영향。결론복영통맥효낭대당뇨병하지혈관병변환자，유강저섬유단백원화초민C반응단백적작용，추단기억제혈관내피염성반응，유항동맥경화작용。
Objective :To observe the ef ect of Fu-Rong Tongmai capsule on fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in diabetic patients. Methods:80 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and Fu-Rong Tongmai capsule group. The patients of conventional treatment group were given the thrapy of insulin hypoglycemic, antiplatelet agents, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive. Fu-Rong Tongmai capsule group were added with Take five of the Fu-Rong Tongmai capsule three times daily before meals, on the basis of the conventional treatment. The two groups were given the treatment for 4 weeks. To observe the changes in fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein. Results: Compared to the conventional treatment group, Fu-Rong Tongmai capsule can significantly reduce fibrinogen, inhibition of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, and had no significant ef ect on the blood sugar in diabetics. Conclusion: Fu-Rong Tongmai capsule can reduce fibrinogen, inhibition of vascular endothelial inflammatory response, anti-atherogenic.
