本文面对当前就业新形势的需求，提出了针对中职教育的一些教学思路。为了弥补中职生底子薄的缺陷，电工电子教学首先要注重实训，以此驱动知识学习，夯实基础，同时善于利用多媒体手段，增强教学效果；为了提高学生的综合素质，应该引导学生从小问题开始培养解决问题的能力和信心，并在适当的阶段向学生介绍仿真软件和Protel等的基本原理和方法，培养学生的基本分析能力和设计能力，挖掘其在产业链的价值和提升空间。
