目的探讨免疫细胞因子白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)在支气管哮喘大鼠模型中的变化及作用。方法选取雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为正常组(15只)和实验组(15只):实验组大鼠予以腹腔注射卵清蛋白和氢氧化铝混悬液致敏以及卵清蛋白溶液雾化吸入激发,对正常组大鼠腹腔注射及激发均以生理盐水代替,分别于第25 d处死大鼠,检测2组外周血IL-1β、IL-6和TNF-α等免疫指标的变化。结果与正常组相比,实验组大鼠血清 IL-1β、IL-6和 TNF-α水平均升高,均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论支气管哮喘模型发作期免疫细胞因子 IL-1β、IL-6和 TNF-α的异常变化,促进了支气管哮喘进一步发展为重度哮喘

Objective Observes interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin 6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis α (TNF-α), of change in asthma in rats model, study this immune function developing process asthma.
