目的通过对闸北区托幼机构儿童视力状况调查，了解儿童视力异常发生情况及影响因素。方法用Suresight视力筛查仪检查儿童眼睛，同时发放家长问卷表，调查儿童用眼及生活状况。结果共调查儿童10214例，视力异常单眼发生率可达14.0﹪，双眼发生率可达8.3%。结论儿童视力异常发生率在逐年增加，早期筛查、早期纠正是儿童眼保健的重要工作之一。

Objective: To know about the visual abnormity of preschool children and its influence factors through the research. Methods: Using Suresight equipment to check the children's eyes, and giving out questionnaires covering eyes' using and living conditions to parents. Results: The research covering 10214 children, including 14% single-eye abnormity and 8.3% double-eye abnormity. Conclusion: The incidence of children's vision abnormity is increasing every year, so it is one of the most important things to check eyes early and correct early.
