目的探讨儿科病房护患纠纷的原因及预防对策。方法回顾发生在我科的42起护患纠纷进行分析总结。结果护士服务态度差,护患沟通缺乏技巧,工作责任心不够,业务水平低以及患方原因。结论通过分析原因,提出防范对策,最大限度预防或避免护患纠纷,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the reasons of nurse-patient disputes in pediatric ward and the preventive strategy. Methods review the 42 disputes in our ward to conduct analysis and summary. Results nurses' service at itude is bad, they lack of communication skil s with patients and job responsibility, the level of professional skil is low and also the causes from patients. Conclusion propose preventive strategy after the analyses and try the best to prevent or avoid nurse-patient disputes so that increase the quality of nursing.
