目的探讨记忆合金肋骨接骨板临床治疗多发性肋骨骨折的手术方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析多发性肋骨骨折98例患者的临床资料。结果两组患者临床表现胸闷胸痛及平均住院天数显示，手术组的临床症状与非手术组间存在显著性差异（P＜0.05），手术组住院天数与非手术组间亦存在显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论记忆合金内固定术治疗多发性肋骨骨折，操作简单，手术时间短，固定可靠，复位佳，并发症少，治愈率高，患者痛苦减轻，住院时间缩短。
