目的考察肾性贫血患者血液检测的结果与肾脏损伤程度的关系。方法对72例慢性肾功能衰竭或尿毒症伴有肾性贫血的患者进行血液检测。结果肾损伤的程度越大，出现肾性贫血程度就越严重，红细胞个数、血清铁蛋白、红细胞压积或红细胞比容等红细胞指数下降越明显。结论肾性贫血患者的血液检测能够为诊断、治疗疾病提供依据，具有十分重大的临床意义。
目的攷察腎性貧血患者血液檢測的結果與腎髒損傷程度的關繫。方法對72例慢性腎功能衰竭或尿毒癥伴有腎性貧血的患者進行血液檢測。結果腎損傷的程度越大，齣現腎性貧血程度就越嚴重，紅細胞箇數、血清鐵蛋白、紅細胞壓積或紅細胞比容等紅細胞指數下降越明顯。結論腎性貧血患者的血液檢測能夠為診斷、治療疾病提供依據，具有十分重大的臨床意義。
목적고찰신성빈혈환자혈액검측적결과여신장손상정도적관계。방법대72례만성신공능쇠갈혹뇨독증반유신성빈혈적환자진행혈액검측。결과신손상적정도월대，출현신성빈혈정도취월엄중，홍세포개수、혈청철단백、홍세포압적혹홍세포비용등홍세포지수하강월명현。결론신성빈혈환자적혈액검측능구위진단、치료질병제공의거，구유십분중대적림상의의。
Objective Investigated the relationship between blood test results and the degree of renal impairment in the patients with renal anemia. Method Selected 72 cases of chronic renal failure or uremia patients with renal anemia, and give them blood tests. Results The greater the degree of renal injury, the more severe the degree of renal anemia,The number of red blood cel s,serum ferritin, hematocrit and other erythrocyte index fel more obvious. Conclusion Renal anemia in patients with blood tests to be able to diagnose,treat diseases provide the basis of very great clinical significance.
