目的研究有关介入治疗布加综合征的并发症及防治。方法记录了我院介入治疗布加综合征时出现的6例并发症及治疗情况。结果出现4例下腔静脉出血和2例心包填塞患者经及时采取相应措施或急诊手术治疗均痊愈。结论布加综合征介入治疗时，经导管进行穿刺要防止刺破下腔静脉及右心房。腔静脉内有较多新鲜血栓时，在对血栓未进行相应处理前应禁忌介入。积极治疗并发症。
목적연구유관개입치료포가종합정적병발증급방치。방법기록료아원개입치료포가종합정시출현적6례병발증급치료정황。결과출현4례하강정맥출혈화2례심포전새환자경급시채취상응조시혹급진수술치료균전유。결론포가종합정개입치료시，경도관진행천자요방지자파하강정맥급우심방。강정맥내유교다신선혈전시，재대혈전미진행상응처리전응금기개입。적겁치료병발증。
Objective To study the interventional treatment of complications and prevention Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods To record the interventional therapy Budd-Chiari syndrome in 6 cases of complication and treatment. Results 4 cases of inferior vena cava hemorrhage and 2 cases of patients with cardiac tamponade after corresponding measures have been promptly taken or emergency operation were recovered. Conclusion Interventional therapy,the cloth with syndrome by catheter puncture to prevent puncture inferior vena cava and right atrium.Vena cava with more fresh blood clots,in before the corresponding processing for thrombosis should be taboo to intervene. Active treatment of complications.
