目的观察强化血液净化（血浆置换+血液灌流+血液透析）治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法选择确诊的急性百草枯中毒患者15例，在常规内科综合治疗的同时，采用强化血液净化（血浆置换+血液灌流+血液透析）。结果15例患者均能成功救治疗，好转出院。结论尽早行强化血液净化（血浆置换+血液灌流+血液透析）能提高急性百草枯中毒抢救成功率，如条件允许宜尽早进行。
目的觀察彊化血液淨化（血漿置換+血液灌流+血液透析）治療急性百草枯中毒的臨床療效。方法選擇確診的急性百草枯中毒患者15例，在常規內科綜閤治療的同時，採用彊化血液淨化（血漿置換+血液灌流+血液透析）。結果15例患者均能成功救治療，好轉齣院。結論儘早行彊化血液淨化（血漿置換+血液灌流+血液透析）能提高急性百草枯中毒搶救成功率，如條件允許宜儘早進行。
목적관찰강화혈액정화（혈장치환+혈액관류+혈액투석）치료급성백초고중독적림상료효。방법선택학진적급성백초고중독환자15례，재상규내과종합치료적동시，채용강화혈액정화（혈장치환+혈액관류+혈액투석）。결과15례환자균능성공구치료，호전출원。결론진조행강화혈액정화（혈장치환+혈액관류+혈액투석）능제고급성백초고중독창구성공솔，여조건윤허의진조진행。
Objective To observe the enhancement of blood purification (plasma exchange plus hemoperfusion and hemodialysis) therapeutic ef ect in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning. Methods 15 cases of patients with acute paraquat poisoning, in the conventional Department of internal medicine comprehensive treatment at the same time, the strengthening of blood purification (plasma exchange plus hemoperfusion and hemodialysis). Results: 15 patients were successful y rescued treatment, discharged. Conclusion:as soon as the strengthening blood purification (plasma exchange plus hemoperfusion and hemodialysis) can improve the success rate of rescue of acute paraquat poisoning, such as conditions permit should be made as soon as possible.
